Blue Care voted most trusted brand for residential and home care

Blue Care, part of UnitingCare Queensland, has been voted Australia’s Most Trusted Brand in Residential Aged Care and Home Care in Queensland in the 2022 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Survey.

Established in 1953, Blue Care is a provider of residential aged care, in-home care and retirement living, with more than 9000 employees in 80 communities across Queensland.

Cathy Thomas, Group Executive of Aged Care & Community Services at UnitingCare, said, “This recognition, especially coming off the back of a period of challenge, is a testament to the hard work, dedication and skill of our aged care employees.

“Our residents, clients and their families rely on us every day to provide them with person-centred, compassionate care; promoting dignity and respect and prioritising their health and wellbeing, so that they can live their best possible lives.

“I am so proud of the Blue Care team and congratulate every employee for their contribution to this fantastic survey which is commissioned by Reader’s Digest and has been running in Australia for 23 years.”

The survey is conducted by research agency Catalyst and represents a footprint of the Australian population. The research is conducted across 70 different categories, with 3300 consumers voting on the brands they trust the most.
