Bernadette Gotch appointed as new KinCare CEO
KinCare has appointed Bernadette Gotch as its Chief Executive Officer.
Gotch has more than 20 years of operations, business development and clinical experience in the healthcare sector. She has held a number of senior executive management roles, including most recently Chief Operating Officer of KinCare for three years, where she led administrative and operational functions of the business.
Prior to this, Gotch also held a director role at NSW Rural Doctors Network, and general manager positions at both NRMA and International SOS, a global medical and security assistance business.
Gotch began her career as a registered nurse and leverages this frontline experience to inform her leadership approach as KinCare continues to successfully navigate important industry shifts.
Gotch said, “I am excited to step into my new role as CEO of KinCare and to take over the leadership of the business at a critical time for the industry and for our company.
“Kincare successfully navigated a testing few years during the pandemic, and we now have our sights set on supporting our team and continuing to deliver clinical excellence across our in-home care services.”
Gotch will replace KinCare’s current CEO, Hugh Thomson, who will transition to Executive Chairman.
